We work in the intersection of design, digital fabrication, smart materials, and human-computer interaction. Our research is dedicated to empowering individuals—designers, engineers, researchers, and makers—by democratizing access to advanced manufacturing technology that incorporates smart materials. We are particularly interested in developing generative design software for fabricating thermo-reactive and electrically conductive materials to produce interactive prototypes.
